Excellent Budget Hotel, convenient location. Pleasant and a enjoyable stay here. Rooms and amenities are upto to the mark, staff's are great helpful cooperative and caring. Safe hotel best for family, tourist and business travelers. Taste of foods are also great in a reasonable price, try Chinese food at this hotel.

Pathetic Stay. Service was very poor. In the morning from 6 am employees of the hotel running in the corridors and making noises. Knocking the room doors. Guests came out and started shouting on the employees of the hotel "why you are knocking", then employees ran away without answering. Very unproffessional. I was sleeping and woke up with the noises. It is not a hotel but a dhaaaba. So please choose other hotels. Here are lot of options nearby. Rooms are okay okay. Bathroom was dirty.

Never never recommend this hotel again. I have booked from goibibo and requested the the person on phone for 2 to 3 hours stay. He said book for 2 nights I will give you complimentary stay for 3 hours the room is yours. I booked for 2 nights then the receptionist specially the evening one (the person who committed the extension) was very rude, he started fighting because the morning receptionist has put all the things on him so he was very rude. Also I have recorded the words what we had on phone about the extension and the he was neglecting the recording. When I came in the morning they said you have to change room after 12 pm. I said ok. I was compromising but here in the hotel employees are fighting. I usually travel for business and always book by goibibo, This was the horrible stay, goibibo should look into it. Because of these types of hotels goibibo ratings will fall and clients will move to other options. Also I found 2 cockroaches in bathroom and bedsheets are also torn and dirty. Hotel staff should be polite and kind and they should greet with smile but here everything is opposite. Goibibo kindly look into it

Very basic hotel. Lucknow station is just 1km.. only plus point. Sad parts are... no welcome with smile at reception. rooms are too small and not at all good. bathroom is in worse condition. no hot water. they charge for water no free water. Food is OK. Place is too crowed and not easy to reach from 8am to 9pm.

A good bet. Good price / value. I was very happy fo my 2 nights there. Close to the railway station, but not in the rush. Busy street but no noise in the room. A/C. Breakfast included. Basic restaurant in the basement.
